We just can’t stop!

The Atmospheric Carbon Di Oxide (C02) levels have reached 415 parts per million (ppm) and the last time our air was filled with this much carbon, our planet looked very different – lifeless to be precise (since it was 3 million years ago).

The worse part is, we’re nowhere close to controlling our emissions as scientists estimate that the carbon concentration in our atmosphere is increasing by 3 ppm every year.

In case you find this confusing, you should know that at this rate, we’re going to end up warming our planet more than 1.5 degrees much sooner than we thought, after which, the effects of climate change will surely be irreversible.
